New York City, New York
Originally the largest city in the world, the city of New York was reduced to rubble when attacked by the villain Doctor Necrodium and the forces of Project Perfection. Further was the city destroyed when attacked by the meta human Holocaust and his comrades during a reverse dimension opening above the Big Apple. Now, with forces of the wealthy sort and very hard workers, roughly 86% of the city has been restored to it's former glory. The more ruin parts of the city were the already worn down parts.
