He found a button immediately when he came to the end of the iceberg and pushed it, the door in the ice slid open and there was a big monstrous creature that had- was that Santa Claus?- tied up next to him.
Immediately they all three were ensnare by sinister looking tentacles raveled them up together with no regard for personal space.
The only thing Dire could cough out was "Fuck you..."

oh no Santa we gotta free him and save Christmas, hey watch where you're putting them tentacles you pervy octopus thingy.

Jeannie wonders what to do she wasn't expecting to run into monsters on her little trip. Mr. cuddles don't like .the tentacle thing grabbing his mommy and growls and bites at it.

good idea boy, let's take a bite out this killer sushi She grabs tentacles and bites it.

Dire groaned as the tentacles squeezed tighter.
The monster cackled as they bit into the tentacles.
The more they bit through, the more that came through to replace them.
"Is this the best my brother could do?! Two children and their dog?"

Dire laughed at the butt jokes Jeannie was making then the monster used his tentacles to take them to a gauntlet arena.

The tentacle thing pushed them into a dressing room.
The dressing room had two outfits.
Two very. Anime. Style. Outfits.
One was all black leather demon hunter style, then there was the schoolgirl badass outfit.
"Welp..."
He picked up the leather outfit.

yay how cutie Jeannie puts her clothes together in a pile and sits Mr. Cuddles on the jacket so he can use it as a pillow.ok boy, you stay here where it's safe, and Mommy will figure us a way out of this. She pets him on the head then turns her attention to the odd host.

ok Mr. squid what's next? this game seems fun.

The tentacle monster gave a big, evil, demonic laugh and held up a tv camera.
"Welcome to this year's edition of 'Christmas Blitz!!!' I'm your host Krampus! Let's meet our guests today! First, we have The Demonic Dire! Good guy gone bad and bad guy gone good, this mutinous Merc has a score to settle, and he is just getting started! What are you feeling going into this?"

Dire made a quizzical face with his black eyeliner and choker.
"What the hell is this? Who watches this? Why do you know everything about me? Wha-"

"Going with a determined approach? Sexy!
Next we have the lovely Jeannie Rose! This is a woman a man like Dire would kill for (literally), but sorry boys! She is very much into women What do you have to say, Miss Rose?"

oh so your name is Krampus, nice to meet you. hu, so it's like a game show neat! are we on tv. hi, mommy hi daddy looky I'm on tv. Jeannie smiles she likes games she never heard of 'Christmas Blitz but it sounded fun.

yay game time game time Jeannie jumps up and down excited waiting for their host to start the game.

When the two were interviewed by the monster, a gate opened up and a whole crowd of demons piled in. Some were wearing foam fingers and holding signs with Jeannie and Dire decorations.
They sent Dire out first.

He made it through in about 5 minutes and waited for Jeannie to make it through.
The course looked like a Wipeout! course on demonic steroids.
Or a super Mario final stage.
There were pillers of flame that were spinning around

neat this looks fun Jeannie smiles and waves to the demon fans amused. right here we go then. being a cat girl with years of gymnastics experience the obstacle course isn't too bad and pretty fun.

so after flipping and flopping her way though Jeannie gets to the end. and takes a bow as the demons cheer. She looks at the clock thingy and hopes dire isn't too mad she beat his score by a minute or two.

Jeannie excited plays to the crowd blowing kisses to her new fan club, huh demons are a lot nicer than she thought they'd be. she wonders what game they'll play next.
