yay hugs I love hugs Jeannie smiles happily, she then smells the pancakes and I love pancakes! I didn't know you could cook she gets excited watching the pancakes cook.

Dire laughed.
"When you're a world class merc... You know how to do everything."
He was happy to be here with his best friend on Christmas, though he couldn't shake the feeling of being a burden to them.
He was in no way related to any of them, and Jeannie was the only one who said he could stay.
"How many do you think everyone will eat?" He asked

huh well I can eat a whole bunch so you probably make a big giant pile of pancakes so everyone can get some.

her and Mr. cuddles set at the table and wait for him to finish making breakfast. her parents come in through one of the secret passages marry Christmas mommy and daddy!

Dire smiled when he saw the whole family together.
It made him feel out of place once again.
It was reassuring to have Mr. Cuddles run over and lick him.
"Merry Christmas mister and misses Rose!"

merry Christmas, oh you made breakfast Malik, that's nice with Jeannie's appetite to try and keep up with I need a break from all the cooking.

Dire kept his smile plastered on his face as he kissed Mrs. Rose's hand and fist bumped Mr. Rose.
When he finished cooking, he set three plates full down cheerfully and cleaned up.
He then went to the workshop.
His face went back to its normal indifferent look as he flopped down into the Santa chair.
He pressed two fingers on the bridge of his nose, trying to think.
That dream really shook him...
To think that Errtu could get that powerful troubled him.
He wanted to cry.
And oddly enough, tears did come.
And he let them fall.

Dire jumped when Jeannie came into the room.
He wiped his tears away and put on a million dollar smile.
"Oh hey, Jeannie! Just adding some finishing touches to the workshop..."
He paused for a moment.
"You don't have to help if you don't want... I'll be fine."

Dire looked to Jeannie with a sadness filling him.
He wished he had gotten his powers from someONE... Not someDEMON...
The more he thought about it, the worse it got.
So, he simply smiled, wrapped his arm around Jeannie's, and jokingly said, "You can help me squeeze into those elf tights."

After opening presents and such, the workshop was ready!
Kids were lined up out the door to see Dire and the Rose family in their Christmas character outfits.

Jeannie smiles Christmas was going great. dire even seemed to be enjoying himself now. she knew he'd come around to seeing Christmas is awesome.

After all the fun he had with Jeannie, he decided it was time to let her spend some time without him there.
He gave her a hug and said, "Thank you for putting the Christmas spirit back in me. Love ya."
Then in a flash of red, he was gone.

When he was teleported back to his house, he looked at the TV he had shot before he had left and spun his Jeannie and Dire pistols on his finger.
"Merry fuckin' Christmas..."
And they all lived happily ever after.
