There is a major issue here with how discussion is handled. Being an admin doesn't mean you're better than other people, nor that you should cower behind your ability to ban people rather than accepting that you were wrong. Kicking and Banning seem to be the firs line of defense here, rather than intelligent responses.

Admin or not, when you tell someone to "Shut Up" you'd better expect otherwise, because that's rude and offensive. I'm not going to be told that I'm doing something that I clearly am not doing by anyone. And nobody should have to put up with such a thing. It's absurd.
