Icarus' Weapons Update

Name: Diadem Blue Laser
Abilities: Blue, Standard, Cutting Laser.  Designed to free trapped civilians from collapsed buildings and rubble too heavy to lift. Runs at 10 Terawatts of power, produces concentrated beam that runs @ 6-8,500 F.  Fired from right wrist.  
INT Allocation: 5

Name:  Mini-Missiles
Abilities:  Multiple, small explosives with a melting tip to bore into armor and walls.  Range of about 100 yards. Tips reach about 3,000 F.  Offensive and Explosive.  Can multi-target when necessary.  Fired from left forearm. Two uses per RP.  
INT Allocation: 5


Name: Tank Missile.  
Abilities:  High Explosive, one-use mini-missile.  Range at 200 yards. Fired from left forearm. One use per RP.
INT Allocation: 6

Name: Discharge
Abilities: Icarus re-directs internal power to external armor plating, to charge it briefly at 2000 watts of power.  Used to keep annoying metahumans with super-strength from gripping Icarus' suit.  Lasts for a maximum of 5 seconds.
INT Allocation: 4
