The Genesis Vivification Movement
The Second Best Attempt at World Domination
The Fight for the Capital
Elena Vexus, otherwise known as Jessica Magic, has been formally invited to the White House for recognition for the work she has done in restoring the ruined city of New York. The event is going to be advertised and nationally televised, so anyone connected to any sort of media at all will know where and when this is happening. How ever, Jessica's recognition will not be the only event taking pace in D.C. on this day. Elena Vexus also plans on committing treason of the highest degree. The capitol will be attacked by none other than Vexus herself.
Because of the large following of Ms.Magic's movement, there will be a large influx of travel to the Nation's Capitol. Using this as a cover, Vexus has commissioned a handful of individuals to fight for her cause. They will be stationed at various strategic points in the D.C. area ready to quell the retaliating forces of the American Government, and any other MetaHumans that might be in the immediate area. The hired forces need only to stall as Elena takes not only The President of the United States, but every other person down the chain of command who could possible take the role of the Presidency, captive. They will then be air lifted from Washington D.C. back to Vexus' Headquarters in NYC where they will be forced to relinquish control of the United States Of America to Elena Vexus. That is of course, if everything goes as planned...
Registration
Sign ups are going to be done per event instead of just signing up for the entire Arc all at once. So if you sign up for this event, you WILL NOT be included in following events unless you sign up again for that specific event. Spots are going to be limited for these topics, and only one character per person. This event will be restricted to seven(7) characters fighting for Vexus and seven(7) characters fighting against Vexus. After all the spots have been filled, everyone will be separated into three(3) different topics around the DC area. There with be one 3 Versus 3 topic and two 2 versus 2 topics. If you have any preference as to who you are paired with in the topic, PM Elena Vexus. There will be one additional topic with Elena Vexus and her bodyguards which is reserved for Atremis and one or two other characters.
