NPC: Mafia Princess

Name: Annabelle Guidaboni
Title: Mafia Princess
Age: 32; prefers to be labeled as 23, though.
Goal: She works for her father, who is a scummy crime lord. So, she basically helps him do anything he asks her to. She's 'Daddy's Little Girl.'
History: See Franklin Guidaboni
Weapon(s): She carries a pistol, and is normally found outside of work with a bouquet of roses, a shotgun hidden within the flowers.
Powers: Stolen Youth(6 ABI): Annabelle steals youth from the captured meta-human females to keep herself looking 23 instead of 32.
Revive (8 ABI): This power only works on humans; no metahumans can reap the benefits of this power. The power allows the deceased to become fully revived, all wounds suffered to be removed from their person. The deceased cannot be revived if their body is moved from the place they died. The exact chalk outline position.
