Power Overcharge Capacitor

Name: Power Overcharge Capacitor
Abilities: The POC can temporarily increase the power output of Doctor Seismic's PowerSuit, increasing either his speed (+2) or his strength (+2), but cannot increase both at the same time. Doctor Seismic can choose to which subsystem of his suit the power is routed. Once used, the effects are active for a short time (two posts) and it cannot be activated again for a little while (4 posts), and while completely disable the PowerSuit and all it's functions if it is used more than thrice in a short timeframe (used more than three times in one thread).
Description: It is a switch contained in the armplate of the PowerSuit. After voice confirmation, the power source is overcharged, temporarily increasing the amount of power certain suit subsystems can use.
INT Allocation: 8
