Reason for this quest: Artemis is dying and has lost her powers due to Elena Vexus tearing the Elder Spirit Fera out of her body.
Explanation of quest: Artemis needs help, with surviving and with revenge. With out her powers she can't do it on her own. Help Artemis track down her captor and help her get revenge and figure out why her powers have mysterious been taken from here
