Villain seeks hero for rivalry

Hello, i'm new to the site and have recently created my character, the villain "Rembrandt". Rembrandt is an unhinged, psychopathic killer with a grudge against society, he has a flair for the artistic and can be quite eccentric at times. I need a good hero to do battle with on a regular basis so that they can build repartee and a connection so we can do seme good story telling together. If you are interested please let me know.

The only approved character I have right now is Sim
Probably not a great match for an archenemy honestly. Rembrandt seems like he's more fit for the detective type. Sim's whole thing is not being broken by her hardships though, and hippy that she is she would likely keep trying to get Rembrandt to redeem himself and such. Could be some good stories in there, just let me know if you want to to a thread.
