He has one and it's pretty amazing. Just don't try to peer pressure him into drugs. (He'll do it.)

History:
Regal doesn't have too much of a history but some say he's the son of an Italian mobster. Regal just rolls his eyes and walks away because nothing could be farther from the truth. He once said his father takes care of people and that's how they chose to percieve it. His father is a man of faith, a minister who just also happens to have a PHD because he ~~got it off the side of a cereal box~~ is a pretty smart man, especially involving the medical field. Genetics bode well for Regal as he himself has a rather blessed mind (for a human) and is well to do for himself if he can manage to keep himself on the right track.

To be honest, Regal doesn't have much of a history with his family. His mother supposedly died in "post-pardum complications" with his sister Margilane and ever since he and his sister have been in the company of their nanny, whom Regal is quite certain is only there because she's sleeping with his father. Keeping context however he doesn't exactly have any proof and proof is something the young Regal wants none of. She can continue doing ~~whomever~~ whatever it does she does and Regal shall continue to go to school and do whatever takes his mind at that moment. The most notible thing to happen in Regal's life is the fact he managed to awaken quite the plethora of useless powers and abilities, and while they are not exactly the grandest for combat they are in fact incredibly useful for tormenting the nanny and getting into a little mischief.

The powers slowly began to awaken one by one, step by step and inch by inch. First he noticed that when he touched a book he actually found that he knew how it was made, and not only that but he felt as if he were there literally watching everything happening. Next he found out that when he was singing chior hymns at church everyone was staring at him...and not like stage-nerves staring but almost lulled into a hypnosis of sorts. Then he began to realizes he could SEE the emotions of people and their relations ships with one and other and with certain objects. He found out that his father actually hated his mother and how he is "in a relationship" with the nanny... big shocker there. Then he learned he had the ability to teleport things a reletively decent distance away. This was his favorite to discover in all actuality. Mostly because the nanny was talking bad about his mother...and then suddenly she was in the pool in her brand new gown. The chlorine ruined that dress for her. After that was the omnilinguism, where he was watching some form of spanish video and then he realized that he understood every single word! Also, the spanish movie was a documentary on the history of canada....there weren't too many words, on the bright side of things Canada's biggest historical event was Maple Syrup.

Energy mapping was a fun one to find out about too. You know how some kids walk in on mommy and daddy? Well imagine suddenly having a detailed perception of everything within 300 meters. Regal cried like a little girl, and is still scarred when he hears the squeek of a spring. His inner world was something of a gift he recieved from a "mystical benefactor" with pitch black eyes and a rift in reality behind him, so that one was pretty uneventful. Anatomical liberation was discovered when the nanny pulled his ear and went into cardiac arrest. Then the Animation ability was discovered immediately after as one of the decorative suits of armor sprung to life and carried the nanny to the kitchen while Regal dialed 911... a decision he still isn't sure was the best idea.

Of course after he had thought about things a little more he had begun to wonder why it was he could see the relationship between his father and his mother. Finding this to be rather interesting the young Regal began to dig around and do a little research. After learning that his mother was in fact alive Regal tapped into his final little power, and that power was his "Mnemokinesis" or the ability to read and manipulate memories. He manipulated his father's memories into thinking that Regal's mom was Oprah Winfrey and that the nanny was a runaway convict from France and that he himself was the son of Jesus Christ on a mission to find the crystal skull before they were turned into winged monkeys while they were hiding from the Nazi secret police. The ultimate result was what he wanted after Regal's father called Miss Winfrey's people witht he claim and then he continuously dodged around every day questions and looking to the sky and running with his head ducked under his sports coat for no explained reason. Then when he chased down a glossy clearish-blue bowling ball down the lane because he thought it was the crystal skull... yeah all of those things ended up coming back and getting him admitted into a mental institution for some professional help.

Durring that time period, Regal was sent to live with his mother while the nanny took care of his sister, as his sister never knew their mother and so she wished to stay with the nanny and her father. Once Regal was out of the picture the residual memory alteration faded from the father, and after two months he was rehabilitated and the "bout of insanity" was written off as stress. All the while Regal was now living with his mother, whom hadn't seen him in several years. Well she didn't know he was coming to live with her until he showed up on her doorstep and just sort of waltzed in like he was expected. Regal was quick to learn that his mother was part of CSI, and not the little television show either, although that would be awesome. She was a real Crime Scene Investigator and it wasn't until after being with his mother for four weeks that he decided he never wanted to go back to live with his dad and his nanny. After playing the role of the ~~manipulative and sociopathic~~ sad and innocent child he explained how his father was never home and that even though his mom worked all the time too, she at least took Regal with her so he could spend time with her. Of course mother of the year takes her child to work after school to [strike]look at dead bodies and murder weapons[/stirke] spend quality time with him.

Regal now "temporarily" lives with his mother in the rebuilt New York City, keeping up good grades and secretly help out his mom solve murders making use of his powers.

The Powers

Anatomical Liberation:(2 Ability) Regal has the ability to remove any part of his body both internal and external, as well as reattach it. He has control over "liberated" body parts as if they were still attached.

Animation:(2 Ability) Regal has the ability to animate inanimate objects like a suit of armor or spoons and forks and other things. These items gain no extra bonus to them other than now being animate objects. While Regal has no direct control over these animated objects, their general "personality" and animation always seems to be hingent upon his thought while animating them, and he does not have total control over this power.

Apportion:(2 Ability) Regal has the ability to teleport anything other than himself within 200 meters of it's original location. One post cooldown. (PC Permission)

Empathic Perceptions:(2 Ability) Regal has the ability to see the emotional connections and relationships between people and between people and objects.

Energy Mapping:(2 Ability) Regal has the ability to "map out" up to 300 meters around him with an energy gridding that allows him to know everything present within the 300 meter radius and it's location. If the floor/walls (or whatever the grid is on) is damaged to the point of cracing or breaking, it leaves a blind spot that Regal cannot sense in any longer and the ability must be re-used in order to re-establish/repair the grid. This ability can only be used every 4 posts.

Inner World:(2 Ability) Regal has a "soul world" where he has absolute domain over the apperance and composition of this world. He is able to teleport himself and other PC's (with permission) into this world, or he is able to teleport an enemy into his inner world every 5 posts. (Enemy PC Permission). When exiting the "Inner World" you may return to the place where you were originally taken from, or you may be teleported to the place you feel safest.

Mnemokinesis:(2 Ability) Regal has the ability to manipulate the memories of NPC's and PC's with permission. The very way in which he uses this ability is not to make a "perminant change" to ones memories and allows their memories to return to normal after a short time.

Psychometry:(2 Ability) Regal has the ability to see the past history of an object or person by touching them. While observing the past Regal has the ability to "taste" whatever interacts with the subject of his psychometry. (PC Permission)
Regeneration:(2 Ability) Regal has minor regenerative properties as a side effect to his "Inner World" ability which help him in minor things such as sickness or recovering stamina, mostly grants him recovery between topics.

Siren's Song:(2 Ability) Regal's voice has the ability to enable a form of hypnotizing mind control on NPC's and PC's with permission.

Universal Understanding:(2 Ability) Regal has the ability to understand anything written, spoken or recorded in any other language. Likewise, people always understand what Regal says or writes.
