The Legacy

Personality: Crimson is an intelligent man, though his purpose may be dubbed evil, he is only after vengeance. He will avoid conflict with anybody except his target, and can even be sociable when he isn't in costume, preparing to attack. Crimson isn't one to try to become a tabloid feature or a new headliner. He only wants his actions to be that. He dubs himself the harbinger of Anarchy and will oftentimes manipulate the masses to cause large scale distractions for the governments of the world. Crimson often sits in his home and reflects on his life could be going had the event that happened in his life, hadn't happened. He never holds back in combat, and every attack is an intended kill.

History:Dominic grew up in Venezuela with a decent family, enough money to get by, and a good education. Dominic often criticized his government when speaking to his family, and his friends. He hadn't been able to cope with seeing some people go completely broke and die from disease in his town. The world didn't care about his family, his friends, his community. They cared only for themselves and so he learned not to care about the rest of the world either.

It wasn't until he was 18 that Venezuelan officials incarcerated Dominic, and sold him to Russia, along with his family, to be used for weapons testing. It was shocking, watching the soldiers pull him from his mother and sisters, being sent down the line for men, only his father for comfort. He spent years being sent through a school designed to test the limits of human knowledge and learning capabilities, he experienced hours and hours of gene therapy, being turned into a metahuman. Dominic and his father were escorted to the trial chamber 13 times in total. Each time his dad was able to exhibit a mild telepathy power from his gene treatments. Dominic never showed a sign of powers.

On the 13th day, with Dominic spectating from a safe distance, Russian scientists had his father lift an I.E.D. Precisely. Knowing he had limited PK ability, they still pushed to see better results. And on this day, Dominic's father dropped the explosive and died. Dominic exploded with fury, red arching electricity slammed into scientists all around the room, instantly cooking there insides. Dominic channeled his energy and blasted a hole in the wall. This was his escape. 28 years old. Extremely intelligent, and filled with pain and rage. He sought out the ones responsible for this mess.

Dominic discovered stacks and stacks of thousands of test subjects. People who had been killed in experiments. An "arms race" as they described it. The west had began it, the east were struggling to keep up. This was the way governments were handling there people. Trading them for power. Trading them for knowledge. Abusing them. Killing them. For power...Dominic's rage subsided as he flipped the page over to see the little girl who was his sister. A before and after photo...showed a terrified little girl of only 6 hiding in the corner of a cell. The after photo showed her having only one arm, and a robotic replacement, and her eyes looked artificial. She was also much older. It had been 10 years. 10 brutal years of hell on earth. And they had destroyed her. The governments. The world. This wasn't something the public completely knew about, nor was it even recognized at all. But Dominic knew this was an arms race. And he had to put it down.

Dominic took loads of files on the Meta-projects. Stole books about geography. And lastly he put together a persona for himself. Created a disguise. And set off to destroy all forms of corruption, and rebuild the world the way he sees fit.

The Powers

Power 1:(8 Abi)Dominic's gene treatment dealt with electric shock and sediment from mars. Though the sediment didn't have much of an effect, it turned the bolts of energy red. Dominic can fire off highly powerful bolts of red energy arcs, similar to electricity, but carrying an effect more like a blast than a shock.

Power 2:(2 abi) Dominic can flash-teleport directly to the side of an opponent, or in any direction away from them up to 30 feet. Outside of combat Dominic can charge up though a source of energy and teleport himself to any place with a power grid.
