He used a tendril to grab a street lamp & swung towards Stephen with the help of the tendril. As he swung forward, he went for a flying kick.

Right before the energy hit him, he quickly threw a Cackle Bomb at him & was then thrown back by the force of the energy.

Stephen put his head down into his right arm to avoid the cackle bomb from blowing his face apart...It landed on his shoulder and exploded on his suit... Blowing the entire left side of his suit off...But Stephen remained only slightly burnt and bruised. He teleported behind the flying Chaos and hit him with a second attack from his right palm.
