Chaos was seen swinging from building to building by his tentacles. He wasn't causing any havoc, well besides people screaming & running in fear when they see him, so he was most likely searching for someone or something. "SCARFACE, SCARFACE, come out. It's your good ole buddy Chaos the clown" he cackled.

"Hold on a second, let me have a snack first" he said as he grabbed a little kid with his tentacles & pulled him in. He then fit the entire child in his mouth & started chewing. You could hear the kid's bones being crushed by those sharp, serrated teeth of Chaos. He swallowed the child & rubbed his belly. "Ahh youth. Helps me build strong bones" he cackled mindlessly. "Now then, let us dance to the joys of pain & suffering" he cackled as he charged at Fantom.
