History: Leo's powers were given to him on the same day that Travis got his. Leo was walking around on the street, looking for food and shelter from the rain, when a golden bolt of lightning struck him, giving him the same powers as Travis, except, because of his already great olfactory system, Leo is able to actually sniff out energy. Using his powers, Leo was able to dodge the Dogcatcher for months, until he eventually slipped up. Leo was taken to the pound, where Travis searched for a dog. Upon looking at Leo, Travis knew that was the dog for him.
