I say yes to the world goes into chaos. Like nights thing, of course. In the end, the heroes regain control and the world is at peace once more.

I think the idea of FEAR winning is a good one. They're mostly neutral/chaotic neutral, so the world wouldn't fall into complete chaos as it would if, for example, nightkill won.
