The Haze's Iconic Armor

Note** The Individual items are actually within the collective item, they are used in junction like a power suit.
Name: Ion Blood Armor MK X
Abilities:
- Durability 7 covers the entire suit itself, making it shock proof, water proof, fire proof, ballistic resistant, bullet proof, and resistant to most things in general. Though not all things obvious as it is Durability 7, not 10. It is the crowning jewel of The Haze, and it is why he has wealth 1 because it cost him a fortune. -

- Aspects of the Armor:
- Name: The Head
Abilities: The Helm is fitted with special optical lens that allow him too have a vast array of special capabilities to help him with his combat proficiency and investigative tasks. It comes with night vision optics, infrared optics, magnification scope, a private connection to the internet that uses no known servers, a special H.u.d , black lights, a flash light, a sonar based scanner, and a video/audio recording device. It comes with a breather as well too allow for him too filter out water and toxins. Helpful for swimming.
Name: The Torso
Abilities: It is pretty standard, nothing really special about the Torso except that it is made to be bullet-proof. It is made of a mysterious and unknown material, but it allows for him too take damage that would normally kill a person. His suit pretty much makes him the hero. The Torso has numerous compartments that house any smaller gadgets he may need, considering that his suit is power armor that is nimble rather than a skin tight suit or a bulky walking tank. There is enough room in each compartment to house small gadgets, and even further than that his suit houses. On the back of his suit there is what appears to be coils that inject testosterone temporarily into specific parts of his body, regulating it just enough to where he gains 2 STR for a limited amount of time. Name: Right Arm
Abilities: An complicated hacking device is located inside of the right arm as well as a small storage device on the back of the hand. It will open up and a tube will be shown. The tube will fire out stun charges capable of putting someone down for two turns if it hits them in the cranium. It will however stun limbs and whatever else for a single post. The tube will also shoot out a retractable claw that is black, it is as strong as the standard bungee rope in terms of how much weight it can carry. This therefore is his primary means of travel. Swinging from rooftop to rooftop. He has non lethal shock bullets stored in the arm, which he can fire out from a cylinder that ejects out the back of his hand, which look like small rifle barrels. There are twenty bullets.
Name: Left Arm
Abilities: In this arm the magic happens. There is system of complicated and intricate wires in this arm that allow for him too sap energy from electrical devices in order too keep the communications and hacking devices of the suit powered at all times. It also stores energy within it for later use. Due too the storing of energy it is theoretically for it too release a large e.m.p if the arm is damaged. Which will shut down a vast amount of technology for awhile.

Each section of the suit would require a separate allocation.

Couldn't find the information on it, I might not have seen it, what are the values that I can use for the other sections of the suit itself, in terms of stat allocation?
