Personality:

Never seems to display one, though at times low laughter can be heard coming from beneath his mask.

History:

Sometimes, metahumans aren't born - they are created. Super abilities of all type, strength, speed, durability, intelligence, technology, magic, even wealth. These things may not be the accidents they can sometime be.

Nuclear meltdowns? Radioactive spiders? Intense radiation from the sun? Or a million other possible coincidences... none of these may be as random as they seem.

The influence of the Night Master can be viewed through time, if one looks close enough. None know exactly who he is, if he has any agenda beyond what he does it has never been made apparent, and no affiliation has ever been made to any type of group or organization.

If the Night Master is just a single long lived individual, a series of people inheriting the mask, or even if the Night Master is human, all of this information is unknown.

Oh, what does he do? He creates metahumans. Heroes, Villains, and everything in between. He does not seem to care what these then gifted individuals do with their new found abilities, he doesn't guide them or help them - he doesn't even speak to them or let them know of his influence. In fact, very few ever realize he exists or have any interaction with him.

But he has interaction with his creations. He records them. Records their lives, their discovery of power or wealth. Hero, Renegade, Villain all. No bit of information is too small.

Of course, no one knows what he does with all this information..

The Powers

Power 1: (3 points) Though the manner in which he does it is not exactly known, the Night Master seems to retain the skills, knowledge, wealth, and ability enough in order to create metahumans of any type and ability.

Power 2: (3 points) Inter-spacial movement. Never seems to be used when you are looking at him but the instant you notice him, breaking the sight line seems to result in him vanishing into thin air as if he was never there at all.

While I intend to use him myself, he's also open for anyone else to use as an origin story, if one had any wish to have a new character automatically linked in a way to mine, or anyone else who does this too.
