Personality: Alex is blindly loyal to Vermillion but still has his own free will to think and do things when he is not with Vermillion. Unlike his master, he does not have an outside life and has not adapted to the changing times. He is familiar with modern technology as Vermillion felt it necessary that they kept up with that aspect of the new world. Outside of Vermillion's tasks, Alexander is a very kind and gentle giant. It's when he is with him that he loses his personality and will follow orders to the letter

History: Alexander was born in Russia, the year and date is currently unknown. He met Vermillion sometime in the late 1800's. After he was accidentally given abilities, his whole life fell apart. He had a wife and kids and when he returned home that night they were frightened and fled at his sight. His work would no longer allow him back for he was frightening the customers. After a month of his life being tormented and ruined by this curse, he waited for the transformation to take place as it did on every full moon and found his way to Vermillion

People that have been granted abilities from Vermillion have a subconscious loyalty towards him, even if his face changes they still know and feel that it is still him. And because of that subconscious tick, anyone with abilities from Vermillion cannot bring any harm to him.
If there is a situation where Alex is not avaliable to aid Vermillion and there are civilians, Vermillion can give abilities to random people in order to help them. The more abilities he grants the more that his body decays. If he grants multiple people powers without regenerating in between the amount of decay that happens will increase exponentially. As long as he leaves time to regenerate this is no limit to the number of people he can grant abilities. Due to travel, he normally has at least one or two people in a city with abilities he can meet with for protection (He can increase strength, speed, durability, fighting skill, or give an EP related power. None of the stats can exceed 5, all others remain the same)
