History:
Aleksandr Parthas was a Russian experiment during the Cold War to create an intellegent mind and a master of the occult. The result was horrifying as the flesh and bone fell off of Aleksandr and left only a living brain. As they desposed of him he vowed to use his new found powers to help others achieve their destinies and to ultimately achieve his goal, A free Russia.
