Reason for this quest:
Explanation of questA group that chooses to go unknown in New York has started a sort of purge. Aiming to eliminate all people labeled as heroes. in anyway possible, so they can gain a better foothold in New York. Lead by a man who is questionably meta human. their overall goals are unknown, but they plan to kill any hero possible. Possibly even find a way to do away with Pain. The goal is to, if at all possible defeat the agents of the organization, and put a stop to their plans. Possibly will be split into segments.

Basically, you should:

Task 1 Stop the first assassin
Task 2 Find out who is doing this
Task 3Gather a group together
Task 4stop the four coleaders
Task 5Face off with the head of the group

Approve and moved. You can start the quest now, just don't get to far into it before you make the npcs, cause the topic will have to be put on hold while their waiting to be approved.

Also I'll bring Derek in their and let him get attacked by one of your npcs, or maybe help someone else against their foe.
