Real SCAR

As FEARE seems to broken apart since Viva was banned, Nightkill has revived SCAR in an effort to achieve his goals. SCAR has a nice little budget and lots of resources. It has bases in China, India, Russia, France and the USA. It's heavily centered in New York where Nightkill's main base is. Nightkill is the leader of SCAR, and currently the only members are Elena (hired in Back in Action), Mist (family relations) and all of the Chinese military are secretly affiliated. Chaos is leader of SCAR, with Victor Vincent and Nightkill as Co-Leaders
This has nothing to do with the Young SCAR, who Nightkill regards as "poor copycats."

Colonels- Elena Marie
Lieutenants- None as of yet.
Corporals- None as of yet.

Who should be leader? It doesn't matter to me, but it's highly likely that even if Chaos is overall leader NK will be doing his own thing most of the time.

No problem. I also would like to say SCAR color should be red, and that we have many headquarters, however, our main ones should be sub-categories in Beijing and New York.

Dr. Everyone should start at the bottom of our ranks like all the rest. Elena only got to start as a higher rank because she was there when SCAR was resurrected.
