Alright, starting from the top, sorry in advance for the tl;dr :

@Spartan: As it looks now, you have a much better story and background. But do you care to expand on the invisibility? Is he completely invisible, or just translucent (like a ghost)? How long can he hold the invisibility? What the hell did he fall in? o0 What weapons do you usually carry? Remember: the more originality and detail you add, the more likely it is to be approved.
Oh, and EP = Energy Projection. The total strength of non-basic powers, like invisibility and such. Just like Night said DONT BE AFRAID TO PM PEOPLE. We're here to help, if you ask us. Preferably in a nice manner.

@Stranglehold: Nice use of rules quoting, lol. I've tried to get people to adhere to that for a while, but I eventually just started ignoring it. I'm not an admin anyway, so all I have is the power of suggestion. The offensive language is (mostly) not malicious in nature, so it isnt intended as flaming. Viva tends to get his legitimate points across in offensive manners so you pay more attention to what he said... even if only to defend your mother's honor.
And the inactivity is due (in large) to the busy schedules of the users. Most of us are in college (or in situations that limit our internet use) and are physically incapable of devoting excessive amounts of time posting. And that has nothing to do with Viva, no matter how insulting he may or may not be. This is a recreational site, after all. Real life still comes first.

@Viva: Like I told Strangle, I know you like to insult everyone equally based on their stupidity, but maybe you should turn it down a notch. Too many complaints and Ralph might have to revoke your admin status. Constructive criticism wont kill you... immediately. Just a thought

Oh no worries, Sorry! I didnt mean to blame Viva for board inactivity as I fully understand real life comes first (I have a job a BF and a dog lol wish I had more time for stuff like this!), To be honest I acted rashly and I apologise.

A lot of us admins here are assholes because most of us do not see much originality in work these days, so our disposition becomes understandibly less sunny, don't worry, we don't mean anything by it and certainly don't hinder members simply because of our attitude, we do what we are supposed to do, except its suually done with a modicum of swearing and mild belittling (yes, here we consider what Slam and Viva have done above to be mild, we have ripped some new assholes WIDE open before, you don't want to see its, its quite a gruesome sight)

I know your eager to begin RPing, and we appreciate that, but I personally am a stickler for detail, even moreso than Slam or Viva, I am the type who will let you slide with a few mistakes or an untidy app and I have been known to give favors to those who prove themselves friendly and able RPers, my suggestion is to take an hour or so (yes, I said an hour or so, on average thats usually how long I take on most of my apps) and feel out your character, your character should be much more than merely an application, people should get a feel for him as a living breathing person

and I Keil, he may not be, but he carries the weight of an admin
