Name: Star Wind (Modified Kawasaki Ninja)
Abilities: Can transform into an anti-gravity vehicle.
Description: Wolf Girl made her modified vehicle first by finding a old Kawasaki Ninja in the local junk yard. later on she fixed it up and modified it with anti-gravity generators that were part of the Pod she came in. She made it where the front and back wheels could split to the sides to become repulserlift generators to help the vehicle hover.

Dunno if this is enought INT allocation to give you a motorcycle that can fly. Or even "pseudo" fly.
I think it needs to be 4-5. That or have 4-5 wealth and it be your wealth item.
