Helia was sitting in a hotel room that was rented for her by her dad of course.  She was two floors above him in probably the most expensive hotel ever but all she could think about was her problem.  It started one day when she was practicing for track season.  It was probably like two weeks ago or so and it was gradually getting worse with each passing day and she knew that the final outcome was going to be horrifying.

Just as she was going to rest for a bit before leaving to explore the busy city of warsaw it happened again.  The city began to erode away as a black fog washed over it like a wave.  The fog faded and a city filled with broken buildings and large raven or vulture like birds sitting everywhere.  There was a howl in the distance as the sky became red and the moon enlarged becoming bigger than the sun.

A dark chill rushed onto Helia as she looked out her living room window.  She was in her school uniform which consisted of a black button down shirt with a black skirt and black leggings.  She wore also some white and red fila high tops.  She walked to her door and was about to open it when a whisper filled her hearing.  But no one was suppose to be in this room but her.  The whisper was loud and seemed to resonate from all over but especially from her left.

She looked over and saw a person, possibly a teenage girl sitting in the corner of her room next to the TV.  Helia tried to speak but her voice was gone.  Her leg began to burn as she stared at the girl.  She looked and noticed that her birth mark was glowing a bright blue and elongating across her body.  When she looked back at the girl she was gone.  Helia looked everywhere but she didn't see her.

"Creepy."
She thought as she reached for the door knob, but something grabbed her hand gently.

It was the girl from earlier.  her face close up was beautiful and young but she had no eyes.  Two dark holes sat there in the middle of her face as dull blue hair fell somewhat into helia's view.  A gray fog rushed in just as helia was about to fight back.  The fog pushed the girl causing her to lose her grip on helia's arm.  Helia took this chance to snatch her arm free and kick the girl in the gut.  The girl took the shot full blow and just stood there with her head down as she blocked the door.

When she looked up again thick black blood was spilling from her eyes and her smile crossed her entire face.  Helia gasped at the site before her as the girl put her hand onto helia's leg and twisted it.  Helia cried in silent pain as her ankle did a three sixty but the girl didn't stop there.  She grabbed helias long hair with a tail that she was hiding with her long black ruined cloak.

"What's going on? Where'd that tail come from?"
She thought to herself as she was snatched into the girl.

Her head was seized by the girl's hand and she was then thrown out the window on the far end of the room.  Just as the window shattered reality went back to normal.  She actually fell out her window of her hotel room.  This never happened the other time, but like she said earlier it's slowly getting worse.  Helia felt the air rush past her as she continued to fall from like the 17th story of the building.

"Am I going to die?"
Was all she asked herself as she dropped.  She heard no gasps no sirens no stopping cars, just silence.  Just like in that other place.

The flowing poetry of existence was making its way around Vahnuk when he heard something. A window shattering, pain and animalistic violence resonating through existence, and everything slowing down for one poor and unfortunate soul. Well, if he was just going to stand by, that wouldn’t be very godly of him would it? If he wished for belief to find its way to him, Vahnuk would have to perform what mortals considered miraculous. And miraculous was what it would be.

Seeing a woman hurtling towards the ground from a hotel window, the elf stepped upon the air. Existence unfolded before him to allow access to the road above roads, or as men would call it, the sky. Moving at incredible speeds, he found himself with his arms extended, waiting for the unlucky human to fall upon him. Were she to survive, it would be counted as a miracle, where she to die, nothing would be lost. In the eternal swirls of time, one life lost would mean very little.

“Unfortunate instances befall those who cause others unfortunate instances, but what could a little blip in the universe like you have done to cause such ire? But as a king, I must protect those who fall under my domain, and as a king of all-he-sees, you are within my protection, and whoever has wronged you will soon face the wrath known as Milk-Taker, or perhaps Flame-Groper. Your life will not be left to wither, for my spear shall not dither.”

Learning the origin of Nerfram...the hard way (open) Empty Re: Learning the origin of Nerfram...the hard way (open)

As she fell her voice sang out...but nothing happened. She was the one singing but it wasn't her song, this song was more sinister than her song and she hoped that nothing just as sinister would appear because of it. Something caught her but she couldn't hear anything. She knew her eyes were open but she couldn't see anything either. Something made a muffled comment to her but the voice was dead in her ear. She felt part of her hair fall in her face then an immense chill fell apon her like something evil grabbed onto her.

Her leg burned and the burning seemed to stretch across her body as if it was a snake made of fire slithering on water. She felt her body convulse while in the arms of whoever caught her then she was able to see and hear and her leg stopped burning like nothing happened. She looked at the man as the touched down onto the ground and smiled her beautiful smile.

"Thank you." She said as she jumped out of his arms but then everything stopped as a voice blew past her in the breeze.

"Ballas will return to us." The voice froze Helia but only for a second.

She landed on her feet then fell to the floor grasping the ankle that was twisted in her fight. She looked with wincing eyes but nothing was there. No damage was there that said she had twisted her foot but the pain was clear. Something really wasn't right and Helia was going to find out whether she wanted to or not. She slowly got up and put her weight on the leg but as if nothing happened her leg was back to normal. She looked down for a minute as she stared at her leg then she looked forward at the man.

"I'm sorry about earlier for whatever happened in your arms but again thanks for saving me." She said looking at the man...elf....thing. Helia quickly became confused and she made it clear with her facial exression. Then something clinked on her chest and helia revealed it to be an orange jewel with a weird design in it.
