Personality
Miles is a bit of a joker with slight sarcasm and eagerness. He tries to lighten the mood though at times he can find himself doing so when it's least appropriate. Miles' behaviour slightly falls under impatient when it comes to resolving issues during conflict. He tries to find a diplomatic resolution first but is quick to strike if someone were to decline and would go straight to the action. Miles is generally kind to people and would not purposely do anything to cause drama among his friends.

History
The interesting part of Miles' story began when he was only fifteen years old. Miles was returning home after watching a movie at the local theater and upon walking he had noticed a young girl no older than ten years of age. She was playing on the sidewalk with a basketball before she had lost control of it while switching arms. The girl ran after the ball that rolled over road and her chase was quickly interrupted with the sounds of a shouting horn that included screeching car tires as the vehicle struggled to brake. Miles didn't even hesitate to move to save the little girl from the incoming car. He jolted and managed to pick up the girl and run past the car with movement that can only be described as a blur. His sudden quickness came to an abrupt stop when he crashed into a brick wall on the other side of the street. Miles was put into a coma and the girl only suffered from bruises and scratches.

Luckily, Miles' comatose broke only three days later with concerns if what he did was a dream or real. After a couple of days later of recuperation Miles stepped into his school's track field to find out what was real. Not only did he blazed around the field, he was able to do it for periods of time he couldn't last before. He had kept his super abilities private from his friends worried of what the consquences would be. Around this time Miles' had drifted apart from his friends believing he was the only one at his high school of his kind. He took focus on his new found abilities and was determined to make them better and use them in a helpful way.

After graduating from high school, Miles began the work of a vigilante. His work involved stopping small convenient store stick-ups and police chases which has been seen on TV only a handful of times in the Dallas suburbs of Texas, his home area. Miles would perform these actions in a uniform that involved a black beanie to cover the top of his head, a black scarf to cover his face, black long sleeve thermal shirt with a gold "R" painted on it with the leg of the letter shaped as a thunderbolt, and black cargo pants. Miles now has taken notice of higher powers and has turned his attention to the greater threats.

Oh, and he still dresses the same clothing for the hero work until further notice because it's all he can afford.

The Powers

Power 1: Super Speed/Reflexes: Miles can move at high superhuman speeds and has the potential go beyond, but hesitates to push since crashing. Miles can also perform tasks at superhuman speeds and his reaction time is much quicker than the average human being.

Power 2: Enhanced Stamina: Miles' ability for constant action has improved exponentially. Miles can move at his quickest for minutes possibly even a couple of hours before becoming fatigued
