Torrent pushed his power to the limit and made it even colder and lost the power to fly he landed on the ground while the temperature was below -150 degrees farenheit

Pain struggled, but managed to leap in the air, he brought his fist down to the ground, punching it and causing massive destruction and mini-earthquakes to begin.
