Base Name: Ohad Genetics Cloning Facility
Located in the Andes, cut into a mountainside, this secret cloning facility is only accessible by helicopter. Concealed well by rocky outcroppings, the facility is equipped with enough stores to operate continuously for twelve months. It is staffed by a skeleton crew of four technicians.
There is space to store up to eight Vincent clones, which can be temporarily activated in case of emergencies. The base is three stories tall (all burrowed into the mountain except for a helecopter pad) and each room as compartmentalized and can be sealed off from the rest of the facility. Power is delivered by a geothermal power plant.
The base's primary purpose is the cloning of organs for sale around the world, but it can also produce clones of Vincent. Most processes are automated--the technicians merely monitor.
