Two NPCs will probably end up being mainly featured in the beginning of this quest, along with a good number of mercenaries that will serve mostly as red shirts.

A man obsessed with finding the undiscovered, Dr. Pavlov is giddy as a schoolgirl that he has found the "Toy Soldier" suit.
History:
Leading a life of fair normalcy, Dr. Pavlov has been thrust into a whole different kind of world with his discovery of the "Toy Soldier" suit. Most of his funds have been spent on enlisting the Devil Dog mercenaries to protect his amazing new find.

A natural talent for the Spetsnaz, Yuri became as strong and as fit as a soldier could ever hope to be. His stubborn dedication to the mission at hand earned him fear and respect. Rumor has it that he was bought out by the mercenary group, the Devil Dogs, as soon as he retired from the Russian military. Although, some say he just does it to keep his life "interesting."
