Having the INT allocation only be 1 means it's a simple, very easily broken and disposed item.
I would have the shield be four, and then dagger be three.
Just my opinion btw.
Or at least have both of them be INT allocation 3.
But if I approve it like this, your weapons are weak, even if they're "magically" or "mystically" created.

Well I'll change the points if you'd like. Though Miracle Boy only has an Int of 4. Does that mean he can only use one per post? (not that you'd use both a shield and dagger at once in most cases.)

They're his weapons; he can use them multiple times; and all the time, to be honest. It's not a per-turn base thing when it comes to "regular" intelligence items. Stat altering items, however, are turn based. These weapons would be able to be used all the time. (:
