Physical Appearance:
Holocaust is am imposing individual to say the least. He stands at an impressive height with a toned physique that betrays his impressive strength, as well as his physical capabilities altogether. Unlike Phoenix, Holocaust proudly displays his face, especially to those he kills. So he finds no need for a costume of any kind but walks in clothes that he thinks make him look intimidating. Holocaust carries his trusty obsidian black katana on his hip. When in combat he coats himself in black flames as well as forming black wings to allow him a greater range of movement, even into the skies. His eyes are a dark green that may seem black unless given closer inspection, where they will show to be a dingy green.

Personality:
Holocaust is at first glance very serious, choosing to be quiet as he does what he does best and that being psychotically killing what he wants. The world in his mind belongs to him and he should have the right to do as he wants with it and have no one stop him. This breeding a deep annoyance towards any heroic type in his way, viewing them as “ants that he must crush”, no matter how powerful they consider themselves.

Arrogant cannot even begin to describe Holocaust, being the man who successfully managed to destroy the world, his ego has overinflated. Even deluding him to the point he assumed that he could do the same to this world with the Talons at his side, which he has yet to be proven wrong about. Even going as far as to kill those he once loved when they proved a hindrance to him and what he wanted.

Though he may seem cold and uncaring; Holocaust knows when to feign sympathy when he needs to, including showing some sort of care towards the other Talons members if it would get him what he desires.

History Holocaust grew up as any American child did. With his loving parents and annoying sister, all in a happy order that he was more than content with, a simple life that he didn’t want to be any other way. That was of course changed when his powers activated in the middle of school. No one expected such a thing to happen and before anyone knew it his life was thrown into chaos in an instant. Not only physically but something within in his mind snapped. Whatever it was, Andrew was never the same since the fateful day that he managed to murder his entire school.

Usually a child would be thrown into depression by such a thing but he was given a different gift then that. Andrew accepted what he did and even enjoyed that he did it with his own two hands, though he of course kept the façade of mourning for the proper period around everyone else. That was when he began to perfect his powers, which took the form of black fire that was so intense that it actually froze a person to death. Though its damage was indistinguishable from fire except when one touched the flames.

With this new power he did the unthinkable, killing his own family only to hear them scream. From that day onward he took on the moniker Holocaust and began his unholy spree upon the unsuspecting world that awaited his terror. This all started at the age of eighteen when he gained full mastery. In a matter of months he managed to amass a small group of extra powerful meta humans and named them the Talons,using this group to enact a sick plan that he thought of on the spot. He was going to get the pleasure of hearing every living thing that stood against him scream in agony.

This all began when they attacked New York city,though they were meet with sufficient opposition. The battle was long and hard;but the Talons and any villain allied with them defeated the enemy forces ,killing any hero that stood in their way after that. With the powerful villain Pain at their side and his children, the Talons managed to wipe the world of life and make it their personal kingdom of ash. That was of course until the portal opened and they were sucked into this universe.

Now he could have the chance to destroy another universe and the prospect was exciting.

Powers and Abilities

Powers:
Black Fire Manipulation: Holocaust has he the power to create and control a black fire that unlike regular fire is painfully cold to the touch. It does damage similar to the fire but it feels absolutely cold, that being the only difference between it and fire. He is also capable of converting normal fire into the black fire ,as well as increasing a small black flame to incredible sizes for his convenience. His body is immune to the effects of this fire except any fire that was made by a fellow manipulator or any fire not intense enough. [Any fire above level 3] Can use the fire to produce wings, as well as propel himself into the air at incredible speeds.

Lower superhuman strength: Holocaust is capable of superhuman feats of strength,lifting up to 20 tons when straining and breaking through many solid materials with little effort.

Lower superhuman speed: Due to his superhuman physique,Holocaust can reach speeds up to 75 Miles Per Hour when pushing himself,matching that of a car.

Abilities
Martial artist: Holocaust has a skill in multiple martial arts but he is no master of any of them. is capable it using his sped when in conjunction with his skill to dodge a bullet but this requires intense concentration upon the gun in question,thus making it near impossible to use in a real combat situation.

Paraphernalia

Death Blade: This blade is special to Holocaust for reasons even he does not know. He managed to steal the prized weapon from a museum and it seems to react positively to his fire,taking on a dark color when in contact as well as the ability to seemingly cut anything as long as bathed in the flames. Weaknesses
Regular Human: [/list] Though Holocaust may be the best a human could get,he is still human in terms of his body. Thus if he were to be shot or hit with more force than he can withstand, Holocaust will die.

Arrogance: if anything,it is his arrogance that is his biggest flaw in him. if one could get him talking,Holocaust would most likely lose track of what he was doing,though the span of that is undetermined.

unlike this universe version of Phoenix,this one possibly suffers from some sort Psychopathy. Thus rendering him unable to feel any real remorse for what he does.
Holocaust is incapable of playing an instrument,nor can he sing worth anything. It would not be wise to point this out when comparing him with his good counterpart unless death is what you seek.
Despite his tough exterior,Holocaust has a soft spot for puppies. Them being the only thing he will not kill without valid reason.
