Costume Description/Image: A Black Hoodie, Black jeans and black converese boots. Grey gloves and a black eye mask. He doesn't have much skill with clothes or he'd think of someting better.

Personality: Danny starts off shy, quiet and a bit naive when he first meets someone new, but he's the kind of guy that loves being around people, warm, protective, affectionate and funny in his own way, but his often sullen expression can put people off. Very set in his moral standings with a large respect for life and takes most things to heart with a slight tendency for sulking.

History:
Danny's mother and father were world class thieves who were wanted by both the law and by the criminal underworld for their indiscriminate thievery, taking anything that the felt would a challenge. They were so successful in their chosen field due in part to an item they had stolen in their youth that gave them a strange power: The ability to walk through walls. They didn't consider how it worked or why, or even if it might do any harm to them; it didn't seem to anyway. But the device, that they called 'the ghost watch' had changed them both in a way they never even noticed until it was before their eyes: When Danny was born he possessed this talent naturally and seemed to have mastered the skill from a young age. This made things very hard at first but Mr. and Mrs. Anderson found the ghost watch could be used to keep the child solid so he couldn't just wander off through the walls of the house.
When Danny was four his father was killed by a scorned mob boss, taking revenge for many a thefts he and his allies suffered at the hands of Mr. Anderson his wife. Luckily Danny and his mother escaped and moved from America to a small village in upper Scotland where they lived in peace and grew to love their new home; Danny's mother made friends and got a normal everyday job, Danny went to school for the first time ever (His parents had homeschooled him before) but he found making friends hard and preferred his own company.

12 years past without event and Danny's mother decided it was time for him to take the watch off, he was mature enough not to use his power stupidly or to break the law with them, but now he found it hard to use his ability at all, years of wearing the watch had made him forget he even had it and when he did use it it left him weak and exhausted, so his mother began to train him, deciding it was better he be safe than sorry. He had always been in okay shape but the physical work he went through while training toned him up a bit and gave him a new confidence (although he still found making eye contact hard) but it was quickly apparent that he was not a fighter.

When his mother died suddenly from an aggressive illness Danny was left alone in the world, he hadn't bothered to make friends and he didn't know of any relatives he might have, so he was lost for a few years, living his life alone but for a pet cat and living off the wealth his mother had left behind for him in her will; he continued his training alone but his school work fell off the radar, he was 19 before he decided what to do with his life, he wanted to save the lives of others, not like a doctor but like a superhero. A criminal had taken his father from him so he wanted to make sure less people lost their loved ones to mindless evil and greed, but America was where he wanted to do it because that's where the man who killed his father was, he didn't want revenge or to kill the man but he wanted to at least help stop him from hurting more people. So Danny spent a year thinking of how he would be a hero, he came up with a name, decided that a costume was too hard to come up with and just threw together some dark stuff that would keep his identity safe and made his way to America.

Powers: intangibility or 'Phasing', the ability to pass through matter, walking through walls for example. He can manipulate his molecules through the spaces between the molecules of other objects without harming himself or the objects; while phased he is still vulnerable to telekinetic and supernatural based attacks and must concentrate to stay intangible, making him an easy target if caught off guard, also, the process of phasing leaves him tired and weak. He can move through objects by shifting his mass to 'swim' through the objects and prevent himself from falling into the Earth. He can, with much effort, phase other objects and living things, (living things being harder to keep phased) with denser objects giving him more difficulty, becoming solid inside another object with fuse his molecules with those of said object causing harm and possible death. He does not feel temperature of any kind while phasing because temperature cannot affect his molecules to speed them up or slow them down meaning he can pass through extremely hot or cold objects without harm. He must breathe like anyone else so he can only stay inside an object for aslong as he can hold his breath and is vulnerable to gas for this reason.
He focuses more on sneak tactics or rescuing others from danger.

Roleplay Sample: Phade spent his first night in America looking for lives he could save; he had found a hotel, left his things in his room and was out the door just as fast as he had got there. He had some luck in saving two men who had drunkenly stumbled into the path of an oncoming bus and a bit more in stopping the mugging of an elderly women, but by now he was getting tired, the fatigue of his powers becoming noticeable. He looked around a bit more before calling it a night and deciding to head back to the cheap little place he would be staying for an unknown amount of time (He hadn't decided on a base of operations yet and was going to travel until he did), he hadn't given much thought to the choice of hotel but the one he was in seemed okay for the price, he hadn't seen any drug addicts or pimps at least. Danny sat watching the small television with only one working channel that was showing reruns of old shows, while looking online for somewhere to order food from when a local news alert flashed onto the tiny screen, he couldn't hear a lot because of static but he did hear "robbery" and "hostages", he was filled with a mixture of fear and excitement "That couldn't be more perfect..." he said dumbly, half paralyzed by the shock of it all, but he jumped of the bed, almost dropping his laptop in the process, and rushed to put on his hero clothes. It was really happening, he was going to either prove he was a hero or get himself killed trying.

He found the jewelry store that was being robbed easily, the sound of the police sirens and the helicopters over head were unmissable, but now he needed to think this through a bit more; he had no idea how many people were robbing the place and had just as little knowledge of how many were hostages. This was going to be harder than Phade had imagined... but the thought of those poor innocent people inside made him determined to act, he snuck around to the back of the store and sank into the wall after taking a deep breath then made his way into the back of the building. He found three people unguarded, bound and gagged in the back room and quickly untied them before taking them, one at a time, through the wall he himself had entered from. One of the hostages, a young man, wanted to know everything about Phade and his powers, but of course, he had no time to answer and apologized before returning to save the other hostages; he had been told by the three people he had saved that there were just two hostages left: the store owner and his daughter and that the crime was being carried out by four armed men "I can handle that." Thought Phade as he tried to ignore the sweat dripping into his eyes. He wiped his brow and entered the wall of the store once again, this time going up and sticking only his face out from the ceiling of the store front to see where everyone was; two masked men putting loot into bags, another on a phone talking to the police negotiators and the last robber standing over a weeping man and a teenage girl, both on their knees in each others arms. Phade took a breath and moved up into the room above then made his way back to the store room. At this point the police were getting agitated and were confused by the three people claiming to have been saved by a man in black who could walk through walls, one of the people, an old women, said that the masked man had told them to ask the police not to draw attention to him or the fact that the three of them had been saved "I wasn't planning on it, dear, but I can't be sure what you say is true to begin with, you could be pulling some sick joke." said the officer in an irritated voice, the women noticed how he looked tired to his very bones and sick with worry.

Phade was feeling much the same as the officer, even if he didn't know it, and was taking a minute to recuperate when one of the robbers came to check on the hostages that weren't there "What the fuck is this?" He said point his gun at the guy slumped against the wall "I- I umm" Phade felt stupid, of course they would be looking in on their captives every so often, he should have planned for that. The man with the gun aimed it and barked "Where are the people we had in here? And who the hell are you, some kinda ninja?" Phade backed away slowly and spoke to himself mentally to calm his nerves "Okay, I have to take him out quietly or the others will hear and that will mean trouble..." he came up with a plan but he had to make sure the thug wasn't going to fire off any bullets or scream so he raised his hands and got on his knees "I don't know where the others are, there was no one when I came in and I was just trying to steal something while you guys caused all this hassle! I'm sorry, please don't shoot me." The man pressed his gun to Phade's head and said "How did you get in?" more panic hit Phade and he stuttered, at a loss for words "Tell me or I'll kill you right now for trying to get in on our plan uninvited." the masked gunman growled "I think y-your buddy wants to talk to you." Phade said pointing to the space behind his enemy. The man, confused, turned his head without thinking and Phade sprang up, grabbed the gun and phased it through the masked mans fingers before slamming it into his face, knocking him out "Too close..." Phade said to himself. He had to get the girl and her father out right away, he couldn't keep this up much longer, he was going to pass out from all the phasing; he allowed himself to fall into the ground and came up, only to his shoulders, behind the man watching the remaining two hostages, he reached out and grabbed hold of them both, said "Take a deep breath!" and sunk back into the ground while the guard, in a panic, fired bullets that passed harmlessly through his hostages. Phade left the man and his daughter to the police and made a swift exit, he didn't care what happened to the robbers, only that the hostages were safe. The hotel bed was all he remembered after leaving the people with the police, he didn't even know how he got home, he just woke up in the hotel room dazed and starving and with a sense of satisfaction.

When it comes to your power you'll need to do two things, one make sure that it's understood that when you're 'phasing' you cannot 'un-phase' while still inside something and two you'll need to drop the floating portion of your power unless you want to pay one point to be able to float.

Also, this won't stop you from being approved or anything but you should probably click enter one more time between all of your individual paragraphs so they won't look like one big paragraph.
