Language 2: Swearing is generally permitted. However, the language cannot be used to severely abuse.
Sexual Content 2: Sexual content is permitted. References and writing about genitalia and sex acts are permitted, but explicit detail is not. Fade to black, or use the dotdotdot rule. (Let's keep it PG-13.)
Violence 2: Graphic violence is permitted. Explicit description or in-game narration violence is allowed.

Despite these ratings, keep in mind that there is a limit, and you should not cross it just to garner attention. Also, resorting to curse words is also like adding senseless fluff to your posts.

The Elementals Empty The Elementals

Post by Archer Roland September 9th 2011, 4:04 pm

Page One
Panel One – A sleeping Asian boy in his bed, the room is decorated in an oriental way as if to reflect his culture, the way he sleeps is face up but he’s sprawled across the entire bed. There is a clock next to his head on a nightstand and it reads 6:59.
Panel Two – A close shot of the clock which now changed to 7:00 clock and is making a beeping sound. The faint sound of a coo coo clock can be heard in the background but it’s hard to hear at best.
Panel Three – Another close shot of the clock as it has switched to 7:01 and is still beeping.
Panel Four – A hand swings down to turn the alarm off, cutting a beep off mid beep, as the clock reads 7:02. The hand is tired and limp like any teenager just waking up from sleep.
Panel Five – He sits bolt upright in his bed and looks off into the distance of his room, which would be towards his wall with both his flat screen television and his door leading to the rest of the apartment. Though the boy was asleep only seconds ago he is now wide awake with eyes focused and ready for the day ahead of him.
Panel Six – A quick shot of the boys hand, firm and strong, picking up a duffle bag.
Panel Seven – The boy is walking toward us with a look of pride on his face he is heading out the door that he was looking at earlier at a quick, but not really fast, pace. In the background we can see the clock and it reads 7:05.

Page Two
Panel One – A large tangle of blankets is on a bed and there is a coo coo clock on the wall and the hands indicate that it is about 6:59 and the seconds had is about three quarters of the way around the clock.
Panel Two – Closer to the coo coo clock now and we can see that the seconds hand is even closer now.
Panel Three – Even closer still and the seconds hand is almost to the twelve.
Panel Four – The seconds hand is now directly at 7:00 and all is quiet for a moment.
Panel Five – A wide full room shot now. The coo coo clock is now going off making loud “Coo Coo’s” much louder than anyone would prefer. A young girl in a light grey tank top is sitting up from the bed, her hair is a mess and makes it hard to see her face.
Panel Six – Her feet hit the cool surface of the floor.
Panel Seven – The girl is now on her way out of the room and heading for what we can only assume is the bathroom. She is sleepy and it shows in her body language and the way she walks.

Page Three
Panel One – A young, but large, black boy lays in a bed with one arm under his pillow. He could simply be laying in his bed with not so much as a single bad thought on his mind. He seems at peace and much more so than either of the children before him. Unlike the first two children there is nothing to indicate time in this room.
Panel Two – The angle twist around so that we can see a little bit more of the wall that the head of the boy’s bed is against. Nothing really changes.
Panel Three – There is a close up towards his head and you can still see the wall pretty well and now it appears that the sound of the coo coo clock is making its way into his room as well. The boy’s eyes open, showing that he has heard the noise.
Panel Four – The boy is getting up from his bed in a manner that shows that he has been in this situation many times before and that the noise of the coo coo clock is nothing new for him.
Panel Five – The boy reaches for a necklace that is of Saint Hubert, the patron saint of Hunters. He holds it gently as if it is a very important item to him.
Panel Six – He puts the necklace on as he walks out the door towards the hallway, for what is unknown for the moment.
