New quests and grading guidelines

Grading scale for quests:
500 words = 1 xp
Each post will result in at most 1 xp. A staff member will determine this by averaging the number of words per post to compensate for some posts falling slightly under 500 and others going over.
The maximum amount of points that a player can earn is 20 xp. That means 20 500 word posts will result in 20 xps.
Its pretty straight forward, people.
