Language 2: Swearing is generally permitted. However, the language cannot be used to severely abuse.

okay sooo umm hey, I'm The Ranger, I've role-played before but all on other sites (i.e. Camphalfblood.org,halfbloodmania.forumotion.net,and stuff like that).
the only big question I have is where is the character forum so I can make my charrie, and are there certain regulations I have to follown
