New metagame stat

There had been many discussions concerning Dexterity and the powergrid. Me coffin and zane discussed exactly why and why not it falls under each stat. So after a thought I came up with this solution.

Speed: allows physical dexterity
FS: Allows Disciplined dexterity

So the Metastat works as so:

Now to what Dexterity means:

0 – Well below average/Crippled: This person is slow and clumsy, either from being severely overweight, having a physical disability that prevents them from moving quickly, or a medical condition. This person has the reflexes of a dead cat.
1 – Average: Is of average Dexterity. This person has nothing special about Balance, or body movements. This person has the dexterity of your average street fighter.
2 – Above average: This person has above average balance, Possibly able to flip and parkour.
3 – Olympian: This person can use their body far over a normal person’s standards. Their training regiments are rigorous and allow them to compete globally with like-trained athletes. These are the Crazy martial artist flippers.
4 – Superhuman: This person is superhuman, either by mutation or experimental means. They have No physical limits on how their body works.
5 – High Superhuman: This person is far beyond the scope of mere men. These people can use supernatural "Miracles" to land hits, flips and counter an attack.
6 – Jackie chan: This person can out maneuver you like any true martial artist, just expect nothing to work right for the opponent as everything will be counted and reversed. There would also be no way to throw this person on the ground. As per the Jackie Chan Magic.
7 – Chuck Norris: He can squeeze orange juice out of a lemon! what do you expect.

now for the hard part. rounding, If I chose down, not many people have high stats and vice versa, so YOU vote on what you think.
Id say low b/c high would opt for OP ness quickly

It NEEDS to be down, to make a 7 in Dex requires dual 7's.

It doesn't really matter since it's going to be a rough representation and on a relative scale but...I'm going to say down. Otherwise ALL DEX stats are going to be high.

Being on a relative scale it will benefit from diversity.

Dexterity seems almost exactly like FS. Everything you said Dex means is basically a less broad version of FS. FS covers a lot of shit, I don't think people realize that.

I think we're fine as. Adding another stat that people have to use would make things far too complicated. So let's not do that. FS covers everything and more!

Speed covers speed and agility. Fighting skill covers how well one can fight in many forms of combat. Out maneuvering really depends on how it's done. If someone is wanting to flow around attacks, parry shots taken at them, or beat the hell out of their opponent, it is all FS. If someone is wanting to out run, out acrobatics, or throw an opponent off with quick movements, it is speed.

Lol. Bruce Lee wasn't even mentioned, he said Jackie Chan, not Lee. I may not be the biggest Norris fan, but he isn't exactly a bitch in comparison.

You're also comparing a fictional character to real people so your point is moot. As far as the 3 mentioned, Chuck Norris lost to Bruce on several occasions...
