Costume Description/Image: No costume, instead preferring the comfortable fit of battle fatigues. Usually dressed in Camo pants, black T-shirt with a chest holster harness for a side arm, and combat boots. His belt is a multipurpose utility style, Many varied sized pouches adorn it. It also carries the holster for his custom sidearm. His black beret topping of the ensemble. While operating in the field, John relies on a state of the art, Body armor and helmet. Although trained to use almost any weapon at hand, John specializes in sniping, Because of this fact he has spent decades modifying his sniper rifle into the full collapsible, highly powered weapon of death that he carries with him almost always. It is contained in a water tight Kevlar polymer backpack.

Personality: John is an old war dog. He is gruff, no-nonsense, and very straight to the point. His sense of humor can border on vulgar to the unenlisted civilian that may catch a stray joke as easily as they'd catch a stray bullet. He is brave and bold, and although 'getting on in years' never afraid to fight.

History: During the preparations for the Vietnam War, US officials decided to thaw out the Super-Soldier program that had been shelved since WWII. Knowing that few applicants were capable of with standing the process's inherent stresses , but willing to take the chance with the up incoming conflict. They selected a large enough group with enough variables to ensure that at least one would make the grade. Lt. John W. Parrish; codenamed the 'Woodsman' after the famed slayer of the big bad wolf in the children's tale Little Red Riding hood; was that man. But it was not because he was the only one to survive; no it turns out there were almost a whole squad of men that accepted the serum and survived the process; but one of the only ones to make it home from the war. John had been put in charge of the 'Black Dog Brigade' as they were nicknamed, but after getting over in to action they had found out that the serum had affected the men's minds. Killing whole villages of innocents, and even a company of US loyal South Vietnamese troops. John was apparently the only unaffected one, and in so, tasks with taking his own crazed men down.
Since the debauchery of the withdraw of our troops and our loss, Not to mention the unwarm welcome received upon returning, Lt. Parrish relinquished himself to a life as a recluse hermit. Or atleast that is what everyone believes. In truth he has spent his years working as a soldier of fortune, a spy for hire, and all around military intelligence guru. He is very active in the world of International espionage and retains many of the contacts from that field on which he can retrieve, otherwise classified intel. He is highly paid for his services and although it may appear that he lives in poverty, John is one of the wealthiest mercenaries alive.

Powers: Due to the super soldier serum John was gifted with Advanced strength, speed and agility.His senses are heighten; sight, hearing, smell, and touch. Although is skin is harder to pierce than an ordinary man, he is far from impenetrable. He does however posses an enhanced healing factor and immune system allowing to live through near lethal strikes and biological agents. His Sniper rifle is a ultra modified Barret 50 caliber, that can be used in it's normal format, or assembled into a shorter semi automatic assault rifle version. Due to the increase of superpowered threats around the world, He has spent countless millions in research of into Ultra-Ammunition. With an assortment of varied rounds, John is capable of taking down almost and Super Human at range or up close.

Sorry about that, I thought that I had read that that rule could be altered with approval from admin/mod authorization, my assumption was that in not using the full 22 points, it might be applicable for the singular advanced stat. I see now that that is not acceptable and have edited my power grid.
