Personality:Overall hes a reasonable guy. Prefers to talk things out than fight. Is somewhat overprotective of his brother. Which stems from all they had been through. Also he places a heavy value on family above anything. As well as anyone he loves. Whether it be romantic or otherwise. Has a streak of impatience when pushed past his limits. Sending him to be overly violent at times. Though that is noted to be his only noticeable flaw that surfaces.

History: In the early parts of his life he felt responsible for looking over John. Beating down anyone who bullied him. After all thats what he felt big brothers did. Even though he was only older than him by two years. It was just how he worked was all. He even worked with him in training in the martial arts. Though he didn't have all the talent John did. Jimmy did have the mind power to make up for it. In fact he was considered brilliant compared to the other kids in school. Always at the top of the class. One thing that made his mother happy most of all. Though unlike John he was somewhat closer to his father. Not enough to make him mourn the mans death, but closer.

After graduating high school. He decided to do something with his life. After a few years in the police academy he was accepted into the force. Part of it was to help his brother stay out of trouble. The other was to hopefully do some good in this world. Even if he didn't have any powers in mind. He wanted to make a difference. So in his spare time he started to make a few gadgets of sorts. Mostly suped up weapons in case he had to face any powerful meta humans. Though he tries not to carry them around for unknown reasons. Though now hes trying to get higher up in the rankings of his vocation. Still trying to do some good in this world.

Powers: His powers are mostly a powerful mind and a mastery of jujitsu. Though he has the latent ability of telekinesis. The ability to move things with his mind. Though it has certain restrictions. He can't pick up certain things without major strain. As well as the hold can be broken if the person tries hard enough,(Player permission to be picked up.) Though he can exert a powerful push on things. As well as pull them to him, or picking smaller things up and using them as projectiles. Turning pebbles into deadly bullets. The power stems from the activation of the full capabilities of his mind. Allowing him to use it to full capability. The pushes can be pinpointed to hit a certain area. Though they can be dodged. When a push is made the space around it is distorted. Giving someone enough time to realize its there ,and dodge. Most pushes are usually launched from him. The pulling on people works the same as lifting them.(only with permission.) ((Powers are earned after the quest The Wrath of A Fire Spirit.))
