I just have a few questions about this quest, and how it makes sense. First thing, who is Schneider Van Scarver and how he is able to create Meta Humans stronger then our strongest heroes or villains? I know that NPC's are allowed to break the 26 point cap for RP purposes such as quests, but come on. How does this guy create 4 Meta Humans that break our cap (By a good amount, two of them have 31 points.) and 4 other ones that are still above 22? Also how are 7 maybe 8 normal heroes and villains suppose to stop these guys when they also have 100 lesser meta humans running behind them destroying New York. Only one of the heroes who signed up have any powerpoints at all, so I don't get how there suppose to stop these super powered machines and their army. You are not allowed to unleash something this powerful onto a city, especially not New York. You need to either make these meta humans as strong as the people in this quest, make a lot less of them, or find some way to give the people in this quest a fighting chance because this quest looks like it is going to be way to catastrophic to New York for it to be approved.

BLACK ARROW brings up a very good point we either need more stronger heros renegades and villains to do this quest unless we are suppose to team up and take them down 2 vs 1 plus what is the power grid for the lesser meta humans. there a mind about the power grid to the lesser meta humans i found it but if say they grouped up into a big group we would be killed. Even if more of our stronger people on the sight joined this quest is almost ment for New York to be destroyed.
