Jax is a Caucasian male, with brown hair, his hair is receding. He has a tattoo on the left side of his neck of several birds in flight and is well built with a tall muscular frame. he has a second tattoo somewhere else on his body apparently on his biceps and one on his abdomen. He has three scars on the left side of his stomach, from where he had been previously shot. Wearing Dirty Blue Jeans a low ish cut black v neck with a perfect fitting denim vest

Personality
Perhaps Jaxs most prominent trait is his humor and rather callous reaction to death. When overcoming enemies, he'll usually crack a joke, which might make him seem heartless, but could be seen as a result of his rather unorthodox lifestyle.  He is light hearted and dark and brooding at the same time hes quick witted and smart. Resourceful and very good at improvising keeps himself busy during all times battle included always talking and joking

History:Jackson Winchester born into a family with 4 siblings his mother was a political activist and anarchist that was assassinated two years after he was born. his father was a treasure hunter it is unconfirmed if he is dead or alive. growing up with all of his siblings being older and being his parental figures he had a pretty free but hard upbringing loving the sea and nature. in 2005 the family moved to Seattle where Jax would get his powers by being at the wrong place at the wrong time and having some sort of meta gene that made him have a dormant power (touch based power absorption and history learning) that only activated while he was in a coma with the rest of his powers from the manner of his accident and this power activating strangely giving him neon and electricity manipulation. while walking around the waterfront a stores neon sign over charged and blew up tossing him into the water and an electrical post with him almost killing him. he was in a coma until 2006 where he then somehow pulled through and was more than perfectly fine he came back with the ability to control the elements that nearly took his life. then on one rainy rainy day in rural Washington state he went toe to toe with The Reaper of Verrückt that leveled a small town and both escaped with their lives though Jax barely did. Much to his surprise when he went to visit his known meta friend after he got his powers after he touched his friend he accidentally temporarily absorbed his friends powers. his friend died in the new york incident.

The Powers and Weaknesses
 
Powers
Power 1: Slight Neon Manipulation: He can turn into a neon figure of himself and run endlessly without getting tired and he can produce beams of it (inaccurate in combat hitting very rarely if ever but great for making some bright graffiti)

Power 2: Electrokinesis :  He can also charge things that run on electricity and shoot it as it were out of his hands and fingers.

Power 3: Electrokinesis Healing: Draining electricity can heal minor wounds (cuts scratches and small round bullet wounds) nearly instantly and other wounds in varying times depending on the wound. (can be brought back to life after a long while of exposure to constant electricity but would still have been defeated)

Weakness(es)

Weakness 1:Very unfocused at times. he can almost never hit a combat target with his neon burst. and sometimes when either under great stress can be inaccurate with any power and make many mistakes such as forgetting to heal or focus.

Weakness 2: Water is both his best friend and his worst nightmare he can electrify it and do a lot of damage or be thrown into it and not be calm enough to prevent himself from doing the same thing to himself.

Weakness 4: Healing factor takes time. If you can put more than a tiny cut or small bullet wound on Jax it takes him some time to heal and leaves him vulnerable while he drains power sources.

Weakness 5: He is scared of death and sometimes acts in very rash ways to avoid it even killing others.
