Personality:
She is compassionate, genuine and a little quirky. She doesn't like violence and has even healed criminals who were suffering from something, because she hates seeing anybody in pain. She is distrustful of anyone in positions of authority due to them running her family off from every state they've been in.

History:
Relegy is a product of a lust fest between a demon male and a metahuman female. Her dad wanted to do away with her outright, but her mom was able to convince him to at least let her give birth to her and send her to parents who would do a proper job. Once Releqy was born, they left her on the doorsteps of an orphanage. She was later adopted by Jim and Claire Taber. They raised her up in a nice middle class neighborhood, and she led a normal life until she turned 13 years old.

Her powers were made known during that year. It all started when Releqy's dad was driving her home from her girlscouts trip. They were t-boned by a truck. Her dad's arm got twisted pretty bad and was broken. Anybody with a lick of sense could see that. Releqy was lucky to only get rattled a little bit. She was able to call 911 then climbed over to him and placed her hands on his arm in a bid to see how bad it was. When she did it, she felt a warmth come over her, then a sense of utter peace. His groans lessened and he began to move his arm around like there was never a thing wrong with it.

Over the years when her parents would fall ill with something, she would try to comfort them by simply hugging or touching them and praying for them, and each time the illness or affliction would cease immediately. It wasn't until her dog, Rainey, got run over by a car that she realized something was up with her. As the dog lie dying, its frame contorted in a unfixable way, she grabbed him and tried to offer sweet words to him before he died aka "goodbyes" but as she did so, the dog's body went back to its regular form and it leaped up and strutted around like it had never been hurt at all. She confronted her parents about this, and after letting her touch others in the neighborhood that were afflicted and were healed, they knew their little girl was blessed.

Word spread about her and she quickly became a small town celebrity. That's when the economy went to shit. Her family suffered greatly. After day 37 of eating ramen noodles and beanie weeines, they were gathered at the table discussing foods they'd love to at again. Releqy thought of a nice big juicy steak and in a instant the steak flopped out of thin air and landed on the table. Needless to say it scared the hell out of them. But knowing she had the other power, the initial shock wore off quick and they started to experiment with it. She thought of two more juicy steaks for her parents and the same thing happened, then she started thinking of sides like mashed taters and such, and those appeared too. They all marveled at this and plowed their faces with the food and it was good. But when Releqy tried to eat hers she fell violently ill for 24 hours.

Others in the community were starving too so she went out and began doing the same for them, except she did it more covertly just to be safe. She acted more like a volunteer meal deliverer than a meta human with a great gift. From there she started becoming a household name around town and other areas within Colorado, until finally they were run out of town by city officials who used tax codes and crafty laws to prevent her from healing people and feeding them so much. Since then theyu have gone from state to state staying for a bit and helping people until they are run off by douchbag officials acting on behalf of the rich food business owners , doctors, and medical professionals that donate so much to their political campaigns.

The Powers and Weaknesses

Powers

Power 1:

Cure Affliction: She can heal wounds, conditions, and diseases by touch. It is an instant effect.

Power 2:

Food Conjurer: She can summon food at will instantly.

Power 3:

Revivify: She can raise the dead. Releqy has no idea that she can do this yet, but she will soon with the right thread hehehe. She can not use it at will or on more than one at a time. Those who she raises are restored to their full mental and physical capabilities after 24 hours. Before the 24 hours are up the revived person is kinda zombied or in limbo. If the revived person is missing a limb he does not grow it back. She can not restore missing appendages.
Weakness(es)

Weakness 1:

She can not eat the food she summons or it will make her violently ill. She can not summon cutlery or plates for the food to be eaten on either. For every 100 calories of food that is eaten from her power, she loses .5 calories. She can regain these calories by eating normal meals she cooks the regular way, however at times she does mass feedings for homeless and it wears her body down quite a bit due to loss of calories.

Weakness 2:

She can not heal herself.

Weakness 3:

When reviving the dead she takes on the simulated death of the corpse she is reviving, and this lasts for a one hour period. For example, if the corpse died of a gun shot to the head, Releqy endures the unfathomable excruciating pain of a gun shot to the head without the luxury and peace of death.

Weakness 4:

For every affliction she cures, she takes on a small percentage of it for bout 5 mins.

Weakness 5:

Because of her miraculous healing ability, many have stopped going to the hospital or personal doctors because Releqy does her healing for free. This has angered those in the pharmacy and hospital industries, as well as health insurance companies. These people are millionaires who lobby government officials, and have used their influence to run Releqy off from their cities. So she is gaining some pretty wealthy enemies as her notoriety grows. AKA she tends to make powerful enemies.

Weakness 6:

Each day she uses her powers, she ages by one extra day.

Blue eyes.

Is physically weak. Her punches feel like a kitten's paw striking you.
