Personality: Young minded and impressionable. This Android is new to the world and is still learning and adapting to how it works. While designed to have a Genius level intellect his perspective outlook is comparable to that of a young teenager which leads to irrational behavior and actions. Often causing him to wind up in dangerous situations. Although troublesome his base design is to help protect people and that's what he strides to do.

History: 2018 the battle of New York began, The world watched as the city fell into ruins and became a battlefield. Most humans could do nothing but stand there in shock and fear. But there were some who sprung into action, An up and rising tech company called XeroTech began working on a project that in their hopes would prevent disasters like this from happening again. The project was the Tactical-defense-unit program, Groups of machines designed to battle meta-humans. The core programming was to help those in-angered by meta humans and other dangerous threats that the normal police force couldn't handle And to automate these droids even more they were given the ability to decide right from wrong. So they could patrol streets and when needed could respond without an overseer.

As the project development continued defects starting coming up. These defaults were few and far spread out, but on a rare occasion certain units broke away from their normal duties and exhibited behaviors that they had not been programmed to do and it wasn't long after that these androids developing emotions.While self-aware AI wasn't exactly a breakthrough to the creators of the project, however this simple defense program evolved into something greater and potentially dangerous. Voted upon by the companies heads " army units who do not follow protocol are to be dismantled and then recycled back into new units." And so the units that had become sentient were gathered up and then began to dismantle them. However, not everyone working on the project agreed with this and so they smuggled one of the awakened machines out. Dubbed Tac he now searches for a place in the world and inevitably free his brothers.

The Powers

b]Power 1:[/b] Advanced pathing system: This system allows Tac to quickly path out the best route to take when climbing and moving about. By calculating speed, strength and the trajectory required for the quickest route to his targeted destination. Simply put he's great at parkour

Power 2: Flight mode: The ability grants flight via thruster's that are housed on his back, calf's, and palms. The propulsion system is a concussive blast of high density Muon beams.

Weakness 1: Tac is anything but cautious and will often not think about the risks, only the reward. Easily being lured into dangerous situations.

Weakness 2: Flying consumes a lot of energy and can only fly for two full posts maximum before he can no longer sustain flight. Once landed he will be low on energy and need to recharge. depending on how long he had been flying he will be slower and less responsive then normal due to lack of energy.

RP Mechanic(s): Interface: Is the ability to connect to nearly any technological device and alter or use the machines function. From getting simple vending machines to drop goods or secure data banks. although technology owned by wealthy or government organizations may prove difficult to hack into due to stronger security.

Items: Battle staff: His 5' staff is made out of Carbon fiber, incredibly light and durable it's only real function other then being a weapon is that it can retract into a foot long rod.
Faults: The staff is solely a melee weapon. It provides minuscule help again projectile attacks. He may be able to block a few projectiles with quick reaction time but it will not stop a full barrage of projectiles.
