Personality:

Born into a prosperous family, Imena never struggled financially to achieve any goal in front of her. Hiding a mental disorder of early Capgras syndrome from a society not open to mental health problems, Imena went out of her way to avoid a family she figuratively and literally felt isolated from.

During her time in university her paranoia became more evident when she could no longer finish courses due to her belief the professors had been replaced with dopplegangers. This led her to toy with manipulating and toying with different levels of being in pre-Freudian psychology.

History:

Born to an affluent family just outside of London, Imena became a very precocious child. Her father helped bring steam power to England with investment money from his families chemical refineries. Living in this world allowed her an early access to many advances most in England could hardly fathom. All of her special treatment as a child helped her keep in check the family secret of a meta gene allowing them to control electricity. She trusted her father to teach her, until she became suspicious her father was someone else.

She studied in prestigious universities as a non degree seeking student, as was the tradition with women of the time, and managed to spend quality study time with her then contemporary Nikola Tesla, until the day she was convinced his mad machinations replaced him with an imposter.

Moving from Hungary through the Switzerland, she learned philosophy from a man no older than her at the University of Basel. Though his teachings came off as revolutionary to her, and his stay in her stead short enough for him to remain unchanged, the words and thoughts of Nietzsche would one day succumb his mind long after Imena departed.

Once back in England from her studious travels through the continent, Imena wanted nothing more than to stay outside of the dangers of the home full of strangers pretending to be her family. This led her to the mysterious sectors of downtown London and into the company of many who investigated the paranormal.

Her connections to Nietzsche and Tesla gave her an entry into a secret organization called the Color of Fetters who sought out an illusive group controlling and manipulating sections of time and space for their own good. Her rampant paranoia helped her avoid trouble early in her short career, but her gadgets did most of the work.

When investigating a break in time and space within a smuggling ring along the London river, Imena found herself investigating a time spiral and after what felt like both a moment and an eternity, she emerged, unscathed, in the Mall of America in 2020, the last of her organization and her family.
