Gear for the lizard.

Name:The Uncle
Abilities:
Automated gun that packs quite a punch can also receive plastic bullets if need be.
Bottom barrel is a very strong flashlight that stays up for five minites.
Most kinds of ammo for automatic weapons are accepted(not all, any kind of modified ammo wont be accepted and may jam the weapon and ammo that isnt made for automatic weapons will jam it).
After coming to earth it was fitting that in order to hide the fact he isnt from here (if someone doesn't notice the damn tail).
Shotting lasers from railguns or usign their own weapons whilst beign unable to have enought ammunition got into his nerves as such he create a small series of weapons they are close to military grade but dont quite make it.
INT Allocation:3
Name: The bike
Abillities:
Fast motorbike it reaches 150 fast and stays around 250 as average speed.
It is a very tought bike and can travel far at its average speed.
Description:
Half bought half made for personal use.
INT Allocation:4
Name:The suit
Abilities:
Light weight light armor.
Has a zoom ,picture,and looking at the heat signatures function (if the helmet is damaged it loses these functions)
One extra thing the helmet can do is allow the user to speak to someone within a hundred meters in the radio frequency(one might find him if he uses this of course or listen to what he said).
Description:Look at his costume at the profile.

The bike, with INT allocation being four, can be faster than that. And I'm sure your character could have modified it to have a larger gas tank, or an alternate power source.

Your gun is basically a normal gun by standards; it's INT allocation can be lower unless you'd like to give it a few extra things.. maybe some special grad ammunition, and the flash light could have a solar panel to keep it charged for 12 hours of night time.. haha.

I understand you're trying to be safe with items and get them approved fast, which is cool- but you can do more than what you've restricted yourself to.
