Name:Target Finder Glasses
Abilities:The glasses when put on put up a HUD (Heads Up Display) to lock on to targets and form thermal scans. It will assist in accuracy exponentially increasing vision and adding a zoom function.
Description: He made the glasses after going through some training exercises and failing the tests on accuracy. He formed glasses and added thermal scanners, and target finders with zoom effects, helping him with range and accuracy.

Your Ice Shield and Ice Bow do not have enough INT allocation to do what you want them to.
The glasses could be INT Allocation of 4.

You are only eligible for one item at your maximum INT level unless it is a level 7 INT and above item; then you are eligible for 1 level 7 (regular item) and 1 level 7 stat changing item.
