Name: Super Magnet
Abilities:  This magnet can attract and reject all metal. It takes the form of a beam for it to work. When the beam shines over metal, it would attract the metal 5 feet in front of the magnet, and levitate it there. Then, it can reject the metal in front of the magnet. This takes the shape of a pen, and when someone clicks it the light turns on. 
Description: This Device was originally made by Harvey.
INT allocation: 6

Name: Mr, Shotty
Abilities: This shotgun, can go through level 5 durability and below, at close enough range, of 50 Yards, and can only go through level 4 durability and below durability above that range. It can affect level 5 durability as if it was an normal human getting shot by an .357, meeting some resistance and not going through completely. and easily go through an normal human.  This shotgun has reduced spread, improving the accuracy. The shells travel at 2500 M/S. (A Little faster than an average shotgun blast.) They shotgun only has a range of 400 Yards, any farther and the bullets will completely miss. It uses a 2 gauge shells, which contain 36, 38 Caliber Pellets. They shoot 300RPS, these guns have almost no recoil.  This weapon came in a set of 2 shotguns that were made to be  akimbo'd. The shotguns are double barreled, and shoot double the amount of ammo at once. K
Description: He won these guns, in a shotgun competition and was named Mr. Shotty, and earned these two guns as his prize.

Name: Energy blades
Abilities: These are two energy blades, that are projected from a small handheld silver and lithium ion alloy. Once, Ryan presses the button on the handheld handle, a green blade comes out into existence. This blade can melt and cut through anything, anything up to level 5 durability. The blades can go through level 5 durability as if it was an normal human getting sliced at by an normal cleaver, meeting resistance, not going clean through. The blades are almost weightless and can be swung extremely fast. 
Description: These  where found and stolen by Ryan, from an random man that was wearing a bulky black suit. Upon stealing these, he immediately trained himself in the use of theom. 
INT allocation:5

Name: Explosive die
Abilities:A type of small transparent die that becomes a high impact explosive. Upon closer inspection, one can see there is a small mechanism at the core that causes a relatively small though powerful explosion. Often used in bulk, 3 or 2 dice at the same time, to cover a wider area with a powerful explosion. A single dice's explosion spreads out, a 10 meters raidus.The dice are about a cubic inch in size and are detonated by pressing the snake eye or 1 side. The next impact the dice will make after that will cause an explosion.
Description: He made these by mixing some highly explosive materials inside of a small red plastic cube. He originally made dice that exploded as soon as you threw them. But, furthering on the development of it, he made it have a button that can detonate the explosions when they are thrown after the button is detonated. So, he could use these dice in games of luck and chance.... And so he wouldn't have a accident in his pocket while walking around with these.

No portals, it is pretty much like teleportation which is against the rules.

The shotgun is pretty much fine, just a normal gun suped up to hurt superhumans.

The blades are also fine, but melting through anything with 5 DUR or less instantly seems a bit excessive. The way DUR works against offensive stats is a little different. If you have a 5 offensive stat, you're only going to melt through someone instantly if they have 3 DUR or less. There has to be a gap of at least 2 points to cause major damage like that. 5v5, you're gonna hurt them just, but it wont have the desired effects since you are matched evenly. Make sense? Same thing goes for your shotgun, both of these weapons only have a power of 5.

The die are perfectly fine as is in my opinion.

Flight is a power. Giving your character flight is kind of a no no.. especially with all of the other things that The Glove can do.

Force Fields.

Energy Constructs.

What else? Oh, breathing underwater, going into space.

Yeah. The Glove needs to be slimmed down.

And like Pain said about your blades, he gave a really nice description explaining WHY you cannot use your blades to cut through 5 DUR so easily. So, I'd edit that description.

I know, I did edit it. It's not cutting through it like butter anymore. It meets a lot of resistance, and according to the gadget list. A item can allow me to fly, plus I thought it was okay compared to one of the other gadgets I've read.

The gadget list is likely referring to something that gives Flight like Iron Man's suit.

if that's the case, your grid would need to have 20 points so the item can give you the flight.

But anywho.

Your "Glove" Cannot have all of those nifty perks.

Different items could give you that I suppose.

So which is it? Force Fields? Flight? (You'll need 20 points on your grid, unless it's a form of free-falling, then 21 points, and maybe in a special case, could keep your free grid. We'll see) Energry Constructs?

Well, most of the things on it stem off from constructs. Force field constructs,, that could contain oxygen inside of it, while being strong enough to go into space. It's essentially just an lantern ring in glove form.

I'd dampen The Glove's powers a bit until it reaches 7 INT. (:

If your goal is in fact 7 INT, that is.

If not, you're going to have to dampen the powers for the glove just a bit.

While Green Lantern rings allow them to fly in the DC universe, here that is a separate power. Also, could you lower the blast radius a little. 20 Meters for one blast is a bit OP.
