Costume Description- She wears regular street clothes, mainly a long shirt and short pants. Her features are classic Native American features, and she wears her hear to shoulder length, in a straight cut. She also has one blue streak through her hair, down the back. She is considered very pretty by most people.
Personality- She is a very independent woman, who never stands for anything like disrespect. Having been raised with strong morals, she is always on the good guy's side, though her methods can be *ahem* questionable. She tends to be in the "out" group. She is also very secure about herself.
History- Samantha was born on a small Navajo reservation. Her family before her were the village "rain-makers", and she inherited that power, but about 30 times stronger. This led her parents to think she was "favored" by the gods. She eventually decided to "choke down" her powers so that she would not be called a "freak". Her affinity for water led her to study hydraulics and become an engineer at the local hydraulic plant. There was an incident at the plant which dropped her in the water. She was about to drown when her power subconsciously activated, saving her, but also tightening her magical bond with her powers, making it so she could no longer "choke" them down. She decided to quit her job and go around seeking her fortune in the world. She has been lately looking for a mentor, as she does not have a total grasp on her powers.
Powers- She can control water, though her power comes from magical sources, so she also has a great sense of affinity for water. Her power also slightly increases during rain fall, mainly because it gives her large amounts of water to work with. The Native American gods that are her source of power do not hold control over her, but they can sometimes "communicate" with her. She is also quite adept at parkour.
