Umbra Manus Gadgets

Name: Generator
Abilities: This allows Lance to generate enough power to cause an EMP using his fire manipulation.
Description: It is a glove that has wires that go through the fingers. Every finger has a steel plate on the tip that just covers the point of the finger, and one plate that resets in the palm. He can only use the glove twice, then has to have it replaced.
Name: Monarch .357
Abilities: This is an SMG that shoots .357 rounds. Some of the bullets have been modified to explode on impact. When he shoots those bullets the explosion isn't too large, just enough to create a bigger pushing effect and causes burns and maybe a lose of a limb, if hitting the target right.
Description: It looks a lot like the mp5K5, but more bulky and has a spring loaded stock.
Name: Disguise emitter
Abilities: This gives the person that has it the capabilities to disguise themselves in anyway they wish. From wearing a suit to being the pizza guy
Description: It is a form fitting platinum ring. When spoken into it will make you appear anyway you wish.
These weapons are designed by Lance Lvov but made by different companies.

You got the wealth and INT for these and they seem fair to me. But just know that your Generator can't disrupt electronics made by a high INT then yours. Also, you said that you have to replace the gloves after two uses. Does that mean you carry multiple gloves on you at once (if so, how many?), or would you have to wait until a topic was over to get a new pair?
