History: Born in Berlin, Germany his parents were killed by a shadowy organization when he was young. Upon discovering his powers, he devoted himself to finding and putting a stop to the organization that killed his parents. Along the way, he helped numerous people and put and end to many people's evil schemes. His wife is not a superhero, although she found out about him being a superhero with a little detective work, as she is a private detective. I will put a small part about her at the bottom of this page.
Costume Description: Black cape with white inside, Gold chest plate with a red leather vest under it, Silver spandex pants, and black ankle boots.
Personality: Always raring to go and full of spunk. Sometimes doesnt know when he is being out of line, bad at picking up on social cues. He always tends to joke around a lot, but he knows when it is crucial that he be serious.
Powers: He can fly, teleport, and read minds (but he has no control over them). Also, while not incredibly resistant, he can take quite a beating before having to call it quits. He can manipulate the air around him to give him an edge in battle. Also, he is very proficient with the sword. He uses a katana and is also armed with shurikens.
Power Grid: Str=3, Spd=5, End=5, Int=4, Ep=0, Fs=3.
Character Description: When on the scene, he is in his costume mentioned above. When he is in his "civilian" clothes, it is a blue T-shirt with khaki jeans and black shoes. He is moderate in height, weight, etc. Nothing really sticks out like muscles or anything like that.

History: She met Lance when he came to America, tracking the organizations movements. The two instantly connected and started dating. She used her detective skills to help him look into the organization and their whereabouts as well as their plans. During this time is when she found out about him being a superhero. 8 years later they were married and when he was 33 and she was 32, they had a son named Drake. She was raised in an orphanage as her parents died at an early age, nobody ever adopted her so when she turned 18, she was released into the world.

We had a rule against Teleportation. Not permitted, unless an Admin says otherwise. It's too easily abused.

And I suspect that your character has an Eastern-European or Italian heritage (Dragani), maybe you could play with that too, in your history. Maybe it could explain how he got his powers.

By the way, was there a particular reason the 'shadowy organisation' killed his parents? Or was it just some random violence? That would be new, though.
