Martyr is a lonely cynical obsessed soul. Every person with the slightest sensibility should guess he has had a hard life. Everything is broken in him. Everything exept his poisonous desire to create a world where poor boy like him couldnt exist anymore. Every step he does, every fight he wins he does it on purpose. He has been shoted  and beaten so many times the only thing whick keeps him alive is his anger, deep and dark. He's ready to kill to change the world. He has already did it, and not just once.

In spite of all those bad feelings, Martyr is sincere, honest and loyal. He will never betray someone who trust in him. He's brave and selfless. Too selfless. It'like if thincking about him disgusts him, as if he hates himself.

But under the anger, for the one's who wants to take a look, there is nothing but a sad little boy who wants to take his revenge against the world. A boy who knows it's already too late to save him but who wants to make his sacrifice useful.



During the cold war, two boys were borned on a street of Paris. Their mother was a bitch, used to Boulogne. She called one's Martin and the other Charles, but she was so drunk the following week she can't remenbered who was who. So some days, she called The Martyr, Marty and some other days she called him Charly. As the age of nine he was convinced to be the Charly's one, but her brother prefered Charly as first name and was stronger. Few scraps later, he losted and was officially Marty.

Marty hated Paris,Boulogne, the other kids, his brother, the costumers of his mother and the fact to be the victim of all these injustices. Marty (but know I can tell you : it was Charly) hated to be a victim and hated to be so hateful. The only person he has ever loved was his mother, and it wasn't mutual. She was not a bad person but two childs was complicated in her profession. The main regret of her life was to have not aborted when it was possible.

Aged of ten, Marty made the decision to live her violent brother and her mother unable to love him. Without a penny on his pocket he jumped on a boat living France to America, without a slighest looking back at his old life.

Unfortunetly it was a bad idea. Alone in the New Yorck street, Marty has lived things a child shouldn't even see.   Years afer years, living in the street, Marty just lose his mind and become a vigilante, desperate and sad who fights "those  who stand over us and control us."



The Martyr is obssesed. When he tracks something or someone he never gives up. He will find the truth or die trying. He's one of the best detective you can found on this planet. One of the craziest too, but anyway...

The Martyr is a serious and dangerous fighter. Even if he doesn't learn it anywhere he's mad, full of bitterness, and crafty. He doesn't have particular skill but he's able to get out of anything.

The Martyr, despite of his madness, has a strong will. He's hard to crack for the telepath and «  all the other mother-fucker »

The Martyr speacks french.

He has nothing and no one to loose.



Mental : Martyr is paranoid, believer of the conspiracy theory (alien, illuminati, nothing to big for him). He's almolst unable to trust someone. Borderline, erratic and unstable, he's loyal and sincere but convinced to be the only one who will never betrayl a friend. His life has proved it.  

Physical : Martyr is alcoholic, depressed, smokes like a chemney,  unable to take care of himself and hypoglycemic -always eating sugar. Yes, some are lucky, powerful, beautiful, some are not. The Martyr is not. His only power it's his bravery -some people pretend it's madness.



Martyr has a trenchcoat and a gun. Both are old, good and effective.
Otherwise, Martyr uses what he founds. If he founds nothing, he uses nothing.
